- Go to the Settings section in your app and then select Security.
- Tap on Reset PIN and provide your date of birth.
- You should receive a temporary PIN through SMS of your signup phone number.
- Please don't forget to delete the SMS and Change PIN to a number you can remember.
If you fail to remember the correct date of birth you provided during signup, please send us a mail at email@example.com or Call digiduka customer care by dialling +254 20 7857372 or +254 779 334518 . The customer care agent will take you through security questions to confirm your identity. Upon positive confirmation of your identity, customer care will send you a new PIN.
