After paying your bill, you receive an acknowledgement message via SMS, and have
a receipt displayed in your Digiduka receipts’ page.
To view this later go to your transactions/receipt section:
Android:
- Transactions tab on the lower right corner of your app. Just below the chat widget.
- Select the transaction of interest. The transaction should either read: "pending", "successful" or "failed".
Web (app.digiduka.com):
- It is located on the left side menu. Hover over the menu items to locate the transactions menu.
- Select "single transactions" from the sub-menu.
- Select the transaction of interest. The transaction should either read: "pending", "successful" or "failed".
